Pay Rate: $61.00 – 64.00/hr. with benefit inclusions

3rd shift position – Monday – Thursday – full time position

Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide occupational health support within an onsite clinic environment. This role is responsible for delivering clinical care, triaging workplace injuries, supporting drug testing programs, conducting post-offer health assessments, assisting with return-to-work processes, and managing non-occupational illness cases. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, critical thinker, and collaborative healthcare professional who thrives in both independent and team-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational health clinic support for employees in a manufacturing environment.
  • Assess, triage, and manage workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer and coordinate drug testing programs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct post-offer health assessments and screenings for prospective employees.
  • Support return-to-work programs and case management activities.
  • Assist employees with non-occupational illness concerns and health-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and employee health records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote employee health, wellness, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in an autonomous healthcare setting.

Years of Experience and Education

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department, Occupational Health, or Clinical setting required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
