Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Contract Duration: 3 months, possible extension

Schedule: 9:30am-6:00pm
Pay Range: $18 – 20/hour
Summary
The Operations Coordinator provides support to various departments within Operations. This position is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing inventory for Returns, B-Stock, Liquidation, Customer-Owned Inventory (COI), Life Cycle Management (LCM), Buy & Hold (B&H), and for providing administrative support to Shipping.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various functions within the Distribution Center.
- Process all daily inventory and forward to designated areas, including restock, vendor returns, B-Stock, installs, and customer refusals.
- Work with TSM, Sales, and Shipping to change freight options on orders to meet customer and operational needs.
- Inspect and test hardware for cosmetic and functional defects.
- Send products with operating systems to repair if under warranty.
- Match specifications to the appropriate part and model numbers for desktops, laptops, servers, and related peripheral devices using AS400 and SPS platforms.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager on missing parts, enrolled units, or locked units to increase recovery and prevent items from being scrapped.
- Process Customer-Owned Inventory (COI) on the same day and communicate all discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Process Buy & Hold (B&H) orders within a 48-hour timeframe to meet customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control to resolve stock discrepancies and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Provide order status updates to Sales as needed.
- Release and sort batches hourly to meet customer and carrier deadlines.
- Move pallets using a pallet jack or Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Follow Preferred Methods and Safety Guidelines.
- Rotate throughout the Returns and Mailroom departments, performing various functions including housekeeping.
- Assist other areas of Operations, including cross-departmental functions, for training and operational purposes.
Education and Experience Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous general warehouse experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including fluctuating temperatures, conveyor and forklift noise, and other warehouse conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team-lift required for anything above 50 lbs.).
- Ability to perform 8 or more hours of standing, bending, lifting, walking, and carrying products in combination at any given time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AS400 and SPS.
- MHE certification.
