About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support dealer and customer order inquiries in a fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, call center, order processing, or administrative support experience who enjoy problem solving and helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding order status, product availability, and delivery updates.
- Research and resolve customer and dealer inquiries.
- Track orders and provide status updates.
- Update order information and process order changes.
- Communicate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and enter information into company systems.
- Deliver professional customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
