Job Summary
The Packaging Data Analyst is responsible for collecting dimensional and packaging data from warehouse inventory locations and accurately entering information into a packaging specification system. This role supports packaging and supply chain initiatives by measuring parts and packaging materials, validating data accuracy, and maintaining detailed documentation. The position operates primarily in a warehouse environment and requires strong attention to detail, data review capabilities, and basic computer proficiency. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Measure parts, components, and packaging materials within warehouse locations according to established procedures.
- Collect, verify, and accurately enter measurement data into the packaging specification system.
- Review part lists, location information, and documentation provided for data collection activities.
- Analyze data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
- Follow documented measurement processes and reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity throughout the collection process.
- Support packaging, warehouse, and supply chain improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Work safely in a warehouse environment while complying with all PPE and safety requirements.
- Travel occasionally to nearby warehouse locations as needed to perform measurements and data collection activities.
Years of Experience and Education
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; OR equivalent relevant work experience.
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, data collection, supply chain, packaging, or related environments is preferred but not required.
