Photographer / Graphic Designer

Work Location: Rock Valley, Iowa 51247

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: May be requested
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Position Overview
Seeking a Photographer / Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience supporting product photography and graphic design initiatives. This role is on-site only and requires hands-on photography, post-production work, and general graphic design support.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Basic DSLR photography skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and identify appropriate information sources without direct oversight
- Ability to lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs as required for photography tasks
Preferred / Plus Skills
- Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat
- Adobe Bridge, Adobe Camera Raw, or Lightroom
- Experience with Easy Catalog or cataloging systems
Key Responsibilities
- Product photography, including post-production work and image isolation
- General graphic design support, including:
- Flyers and bulletins
- Retail packaging layout and design
- Point-of-purchase signage development
- Ordering and return processes for parts used in the graphic design and photography process
- Other related duties as assigned
