Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-year sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create sourcing strategies that align with enterprise-wide objectives, particularly for shared suppliers, services, and commodities.
  • Design, plan, lead, and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other sourcing initiatives with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support Legal and Procurement teams in the development, review, and execution of contractual documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, Service Agreements, and other supplier contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers to drive process improvements and business value across the enterprise.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings while minimizing financial and legal risk.
  • Manage sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and business partner requests that result in contracts, purchase orders, or strategic supplier engagements.
  • Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies based on market analysis, spend analysis, and business requirements.
  • Process business requests and support the issuance of purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Support technology sourcing and procurement activities, including software, SaaS solutions, IT services, and related technology spend categories.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, sourcing methodologies, and supplier management practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing and implementing procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, including Ariba or similar platforms.
  • Experience sourcing software, SaaS solutions, and technology-related services.
  • Contract drafting, review, and supplier negotiation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience within the automotive industry.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise procurement environments.
