| We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and data-driven Business / Procurement Analyst to join our Technology Operations team. This is a versatile, multi-faceted role with responsibilities equally divided across material procurement execution, procurement process leadership, and purchased services management. This position is structured around three equally weighted pillars of responsibility: 1. GPIRS Material Procurement Execution (Electronic Platform Team) • End-to-End Material Ordering: Own, manage, and track the end-to-end material ordering process in GPIRS specifically for the Electronic Platform team. • Tracking & Support: Act as the direct point of contact for the Electronic Platform team to resolve procurement bottlenecks, manage order statuses, and ensure timely material delivery. 2. Procurement Process Leadership, Analytics & Integration • Best Practices & Standardization: Lead the development of best practices for GPIRS issuance, tracking, and workflow management. • System Integration: Collaborate with the team to ensure procurement forms and workflows are accurately represented. Act as the primary business tester for portal and dashboard updates. • Spend Analysis & Collaboration: Monitor, analyze, and summarize spend and commitments across all technology organizations. Collaborate closely with the team’s other Material Analyst to synthesize financial data and provide comprehensive updates to leadership. 3. Purchased Services Procurement & Workload Balancing • Purchased Services (PS) Management: Manage and support the end-to-end purchased service procurement process for all participating technology organizations. • Resource Floating: Maintain absolute flexibility to float between material procurement and purchased services, shifting focus dynamically to support the team where workload demand is highest. • Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Support internal requestors and external vendors to ensure service agreements are executed, tracked, and closed out efficiently. |

| Experience Required: |
| • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, business analysis, purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role. • System Knowledge: Proven experience executing transactions within procurement systems (specifically GPIRS or equivalent enterprise ERP systems like SAP/Oracle). • Widespread Procurement Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle for both physical materials and purchased services. • Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and SharePoint (list management and permissions) to manage trackers and team sites. • Analytical Skills: Strong data management and analysis capabilities, with comfort translating procurement and commitment data into executive-level summaries. • Soft Skills: o High degree of flexibility and comfort with pivoting tasks daily based on workload priorities. o Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Strong organization and initiative, with a drive to proactively establish order in fast-paced environments. |
| Experience Preferred: |
| • Automation: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI) • Industry Experience: Prior experience in an engineering, electronics, or automotive technology environment. |
