Location: Onsite
Schedule: First Shift | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekend Requirement: One weekend every 5–6 weeks
Pay: 27 an hour/ 35 hours a week

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, managing confidential records, interacting with the public, and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting criminal records administration, background check processing, licensing applications, and records management activities. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct criminal background checks and process related inquiries
  • Process court-ordered record expungements and legal documentation
  • Review and process permit and licensing applications
  • Enter, update, and maintain information within state and national databases
  • Process criminal case dispositions, warrants, and court orders
  • Communicate with courts, law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and members of the public
  • Respond to phone inquiries and provide professional customer service
  • Process incoming requests and documentation from various agencies
  • Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Monitor security camera systems and report concerns as appropriate
  • Assist with fingerprint-based background check processing
  • Verify and reconcile information across multiple systems and databases
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and applicable regulations

  • Familiarity with criminal justice, court, licensing, or regulatory processes
  • Experience working with databases and electronic records systems
