Position: Programmer
Location: Augusta, Maine (Remote- candidates must be in Eastern or Central time zone)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Pay: $43-45 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Refactor business logic and DB I/O java code from servlets implementing complete MVC to SOA.
- Write Java Code for a Service Oriented Architecture utilizing JSON/REST via Spring and CXF.
- Develop reusable business services and components following SOA and MVC design principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, service integration, database, and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain Maven-based testing frameworks and mock class implementations to enable unit testing and instrument the tested code paths.
- Perform and support automated security analysis of Java code.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of advanced Java experience
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- 1+ year of REACT UI Library experience
- 2+ years of TomEE (Tomcat) Server experience
- 2+ years of CXF REST experience
- QA Testing experience
- Basic experience with Oracle Database
