Customer Engagement Program Coordinator

Job Description

Apple Retail is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Customer Engagement Program Coordinator to support global programs that shape the future of the Apple Store experience. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational readiness, and driving execution for key customer engagement programs across Apple Retail. The ideal candidate is a proactive project professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of global retail programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Drive operational readiness activities to ensure successful execution of key customer-facing initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and track progress against goals.
  • Prepare presentations and communications for leadership updates and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, field partners, and external vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Monitor project activities and proactively escalate issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of project management, program management, PMO, operations, strategy, or readiness experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail operations, retail program management, or customer experience initiatives.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale global programs or organizational initiatives.
  • Experience with go-to-market launches, readiness planning, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing projects in a matrixed or global organization.
