Epitec is seeking a Project Manager to support healthcare workforce development initiatives across Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a program coordination professional with experience in grants, workforce development, healthcare, education, or public sector programs who enjoys managing projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with community partners.
Job Details
• Location: Providence/Cranston, RI
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite one week, 2 days onsite the next)
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Duration: 1+ Year Contract with extension potential
• Pay Range: $56-$63/hr
• Local Candidates Only – No Remote Candidates
Responsibilities
• Support workforce development and healthcare training initiatives
• Assist with grant administration, contract management, and compliance activities
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and program performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data and outcomes
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts
• Partner with healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, and community organizations
• Research workforce, healthcare, and education-related programs and policies
• Develop reports, presentations, guidance documents, and program materials
• Maintain project records and support day-to-day program operations
• Monitor program activities and identify potential reporting or compliance concerns
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
• Experience supporting programs, projects, grants, workforce initiatives, healthcare programs, or public sector initiatives
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partners
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with federal grants or grant-funded programs
• Healthcare, workforce development, education, or public sector experience
• Knowledge of compliance, contracts, procurement, or program administration
• Experience working with community organizations, healthcare systems, or educational institutions
