OVERVIEW
Seeking a Workforce Data Analyst to support healthcare workforce initiatives through data collection, analysis, reporting, and program evaluation. This role will help drive workforce planning efforts by delivering actionable insights, performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report workforce-related data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
- Track program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support state and federal reporting requirements and program evaluation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and external partners.
- Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation standards.
- Research workforce, labor market, healthcare, demographic, and education data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Preferred
- Healthcare, public health, workforce development, education, or government experience.
- Experience with program evaluation, performance monitoring, or grant reporting.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, labor market analysis, or healthcare workforce planning.
