Pay: $53–$55/hr (W2 ONLY)
EPITEC is hiring a Project/Program Manager to support Caterpillar’s Resource Industries business. This role focuses on driving cost reduction initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights, and supporting cost leadership through analytics, sourcing strategy optimization, and cross?functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across multiple product groups
- Perform should?cost analysis, order quantity optimization, similar part analysis, and multi?source arbitrage
- Create dashboards to monitor project and program health
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities
- Prepare executive?ready summaries and leadership reports
- Present findings and recommendations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Collaborate cross?functionally with product and category teams
- Optimize sourcing strategies and order quantities
- Support project and program management initiatives
Team & Environment
- Functional team of 5 people
- May partner with a senior lead depending on capabilities
- Frequent collaboration with product and category groups
- Office?based work environment (5 days/week on?site)

Required Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree (engineering, business administration, data analytics, or related technical field) with 8+ years related experience
OR -
Master’s degree with 5+ years related experience
OR -
Associate’s degree with 10+ years related experience

Comparable backgrounds: Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical
