We’re looking for a detail-driven, self-motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Pasadena, TX!
This isn’t your typical QA role — you’ll be involved in audits, process improvement, calibration, and quality systems while helping support and improve operations at a newer site.

? What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have a well-rounded role that includes:
? Supporting process improvement initiatives
? Assisting with internal and external audits
? Maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation
?? Coordinating calibration tracking and support
? Updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents
? Collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams
? Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
? What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
? 3–7 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
? Experience with ISO 9001 / QMS systems
? Exposure to audits, document control, and compliance processes
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team
? Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, or valve manufacturing
- Calibration or lab support experience
- Auditor certification
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Experience with SharePoint or document systems
? Work Environment
- Onsite role in a manufacturing setting
- Collaborative team environment (~20 people across quality functions)
