Summary
The Resource Scheduler IV provides scheduling and administrative support to the Maintenance & Construction Scheduling team within the Gas Distribution Department. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, maintaining schedules, supporting operational activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both internal stakeholders and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Maintenance & Construction Scheduling team with resource scheduling and coordination activities.
  • Maintain and update schedules, work assignments, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments, field personnel, and stakeholders regarding scheduling needs and changes.
  • Track and monitor work activities to ensure alignment with operational priorities.
  • Utilize work management systems to enter, retrieve, and manage scheduling information.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with planning and coordination efforts to support Gas Distribution operations.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of customer service, scheduling, administrative, or technical support experience.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar work management system.
  • Experience supporting utility, construction, maintenance, or field operations environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
