Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with business objectives and operational priorities. This role serves as a strategic advisor and technical leader, helping organizations modernize systems, streamline processes, and implement scalable technology solutions that support long-term business success.
The Senior Enterprise Architect will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define architecture strategies, evaluate solutions, guide integration efforts, and ensure technology investments align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance practices.
- Align business processes, applications, data, and technology platforms with organizational objectives.
- Lead architecture planning activities and provide guidance on enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current-state environments, and define future-state architectures.
- Evaluate technology solutions and recommend platforms, tools, and integration approaches that meet business needs.
- Support solution architecture efforts for large-scale initiatives and complex system implementations.
- Drive business process improvement and re-engineering efforts through technology enablement.
- Provide expertise in enterprise applications, systems integration, and architecture best practices.
- Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business leaders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Assist with strategic planning, investment decision support, and technology roadmapping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 7 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or lead architect capacity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise applications, systems integration, and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with systems design, application integration, technology evaluation, and solution selection.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or equivalent.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of architecture governance, technology roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies.
- Experience with business process modeling and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP and enterprise business applications.
