Overview
We are seeking a Services Experience Researcher to support consumer research initiatives within a fast-paced product environment. This role will focus on designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research to deliver actionable insights that inform product and user experience decisions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in consumer research, particularly qualitative methodologies, and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive research strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Lead analysis and reporting of research findings and insights.
- Define research objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects.
- Synthesize primary, secondary, and public research sources into actionable insights.
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop effective research plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and user perspectives.
- Evaluate product concepts, usability, and UX design documentation.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully onsite – no remote work
- 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research
- Strong experience with qualitative techniques including research design, recruiting, interviewing, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency with online survey tools such as dscout, Pollfish, and Qualtrics
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required
