Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months (anticipated February–August 2026)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Pay: $28-30/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Impact Enablement Support professional to provide strategic, operational, and coordination support across a portfolio of social impact initiatives. This contract role supports planning, process improvement, and execution of high-impact programs and cross-functional engagements.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys supporting mission-driven work, collaborating across teams, and helping initiatives run smoothly from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for social impact initiatives, programs, convenings, and events
  • Assist with developing, refining, and documenting processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Support preparation for internal and external meetings and events by gathering materials, drafting content, and coordinating logistics

Planning & Innovation

  • Support ideation and planning efforts, including design sprints and strategic planning sessions
  • Capture meeting notes, prepare follow-up materials, and track action items
  • Assist with coordination across internal teams and external partners to enable broad engagement and impact

Coordination & Portfolio Support

  • Track ongoing initiatives by maintaining status updates, documenting next steps, and flagging items requiring attention
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, communication, and timely progress across stakeholders
  • Assist with portfolio-level support activities as needed

Some travel may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and supporting problem-solving efforts
  • General familiarity with strategic planning, program delivery, or initiative coordination concepts
