Position Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale AI?powered platforms that accelerate our vehicle development lifecycle. In Product Development, your work will directly impact how the next generation of vehicles is designed, engineered, and validated.
You’ll take AI prototypes—from generative design tools to automated engineering documentation—and turn them into production?grade, high?performance software used by global engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full?stack software across the full SDLC.
- Translate customer and engineering use cases into scalable, user?centric solutions.
- Architect modern applications including APIs, microservices, and data integrations.
- Build intuitive front?end experiences and robust back?end services using Java and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and cross?functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Define and execute testing strategies (TDD, CI/CD, automation).
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Implement security best practices including data protection, encryption, and anonymization.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, especially in AI and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in hands?on software development.
- Strong full?stack development experience (Java?centric).
- Practical experience with multiple programming languages or advanced expertise in one.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- AI?driven platforms or automation solutions.
- Big Data, data acquisition, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting complex engineering or product development environments.
