Overview
Epitec is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer (Premium Senior Engineer) to provide technical leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who combines deep hands-on development expertise with the ability to architect, guide, and deliver complex business applications that drive measurable business value.
The successful candidate will lead enterprise-scale initiatives involving Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI-powered business processes, integrations, and cloud technologies while mentoring development teams and establishing engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, Copilots, and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI technologies.
- Drive implementation of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding strategies, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, integration, and deployment efforts.
- Provide technical leadership for:
- C#/.NET development
- CRM plug-ins and custom workflows
- JavaScript and TypeScript development
- XRM development
- OData and Web API integrations
- Design and implement integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, Azure services, and knowledge repositories.
- Oversee development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, testing strategy development, release planning, and production support activities.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for security, performance, code quality, governance, and supportability.
- Mentor developers and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, development, customization, and integration.
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Power Apps
- Power Automate

- REST and Web APIs
- Experience building integrations across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub, source control management, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Services.
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise conversational AI solutions.
- Background in customer service platforms, portals, and omnichannel solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data governance, security, accessibility, and compliance.
- Experience implementing generative AI capabilities for employee productivity, customer engagement, workflow automation, and business insights.
