About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical applications within a large enterprise technology environment. This role will work closely with developers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions while ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving existing systems, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions
- Install, configure, and support software systems and related technologies
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues
- Perform software testing, debugging, and code optimization activities
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business and operational needs
- Monitor applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Create technical documentation, reports, and solution recommendations
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams on project initiatives
- Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and new application deployments
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when needed
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering or application development experience
- Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of software development principles and system architecture
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical teams
