About the Role
We are seeking a Software / Solution Engineer to support the integration of new products and systems into an existing enterprise platform. This role will focus on building and maintaining backend integrations, configuring end-to-end workflows, and collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience and a proven track record of integrating systems in large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate new products and systems into existing platforms and workflows.
- Build and configure end-to-end review and processing pipelines.
- Develop and maintain backend integrations and APIs.
- Adapt integrations as underlying systems evolve.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure integrations align with compliance and operational requirements.
- Support onboarding efforts for newly introduced products and services.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Backend Engineering experience.
- Experience building and maintaining software integrations between systems.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong system integration experience.
- Backend software engineering experience.
- Programming experience with:
- Python
- Java
- Hack (or equivalent PHP experience)
- API and platform integration experience.
- Experience developing production-quality code.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new tools, systems, and platforms quickly.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining integrations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with large technology companies.
- Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments.
- Experience supporting platform onboarding initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven systems and workflows.
- Prior experience working in small engineering teams or pods.
- Previous experience with enterprise-scale systems and integrations.
