Job Title: Store Manager, eCommerce

Expected Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: On-site Monday-Thursday (required in office 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Friday WFH. Standard business hours approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Store Manager, eCommerce to support the day-to-day operations of artist and label online stores across the Interscope and Capitol label rosters. This individual will manage backend storefront operations, product launches, merchandising initiatives, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across approximately 60 artist and label stores. The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce or retail operations experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shopify Plus experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for approximately 60 eCommerce storefronts supporting artists and labels.
- Execute new product launches, store launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and collections within the eCommerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and support fulfillment operations.
- Partner with logistics, fulfillment, customer service, and vendor teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate third-party integrations, sales channels, and print-on-demand solutions.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve store performance and customer experience.
- Support digital music release distribution and album chart reporting activities.
- Troubleshoot storefront, backend, and operational issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative services, technology, and external partners to execute key campaigns and initiatives.
- Communicate operational updates, inventory issues, and launch information to customer service teams.
- Ensure storefront merchandising, taxonomy, and functionality are optimized to maximize revenue and conversion.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, retail store operations, store management, or omnichannel retail.
- Experience supporting product launches, merchandising, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or Shopify.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce operations.
- Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations, sales channels, and print-on-demand workflows.
- Experience analyzing sales and inventory performance metrics.
- Music, entertainment, apparel, or consumer products industry experience is a plus but not required.
