Location: East Moline, IL 61244
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite from Day One
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekend work required based on business needs
- Overtime required as needed
Pay Rate: $38.00 – $39.25/hr.

Position Overview
The Supervisor II is responsible for leading and supervising employees in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to support daily operations, and proficiency with computer applications to effectively manage production and workforce activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Background
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience within manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Ability to support operational demands, including overtime and weekend schedules
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
