Supply Management Planner II
Location: Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: 1 year, with possible extension – W2
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Management Planner to support purchased parts delivery and supplier coordination. This position will work with internal and external suppliers to help ensure materials and purchased components are delivered according to business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchased parts delivery for internal and external suppliers across one or more locations
- Communicate with suppliers regarding material availability and delivery requirements
- Monitor and coordinate supplier-related activities to support operational needs
- Maintain accurate information and documentation using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external supplier contacts
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer and typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with SAP is preferred
