Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Analyze forecasted demand and inventory levels to develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demand while minimizing total inventory cost.

Execute weekly supply plans to minimize future supply gaps and maximize inventory turns.

Analyze and maintain system planning parameters to optimize inventory and achieve service level goals.

Maintain and update ERP master data for planning parts across multiple plants.

Initiate Engineering Change Requests based on material life cycle requirements.

Analyze and resolve product backlogs and fill rate issues on a daily basis.

Partner with cross-functional teams including finished goods planning and factory operations to ensure adequate material and capacity availability.

Participate in weekly meetings with global teams to support regional and worldwide supply-demand alignment.

Publish weekly factory forecasts and communicate demand and supply variances.

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement improvements.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a related supply chain function.

Proven track record of delivering operational KPIs while managing projects and initiatives.

Experience with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications

APICS certification.

Experience supporting an electronic product service supply chain environment.

Experience within a forward supply chain environment.
