Pay Range: 

$55.97 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze forecasted demand and inventory levels to develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demand while minimizing total inventory cost. 

  • Execute weekly supply plans to minimize future supply gaps and maximize inventory turns. 

  • Analyze and maintain system planning parameters to optimize inventory and achieve service level goals. 

  • Maintain and update ERP master data for planning parts across multiple plants. 

  • Initiate Engineering Change Requests based on material life cycle requirements. 

  • Analyze and resolve product backlogs and fill rate issues on a daily basis. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including finished goods planning and factory operations to ensure adequate material and capacity availability. 

  • Participate in weekly meetings with global teams to support regional and worldwide supply-demand alignment. 

  • Publish weekly factory forecasts and communicate demand and supply variances. 

  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement improvements. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a related supply chain function. 

  • Proven track record of delivering operational KPIs while managing projects and initiatives. 

  • Experience with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • APICS certification. 

  • Experience supporting an electronic product service supply chain environment. 

  • Experience within a forward supply chain environment.
