Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its recruiting team in Franklin, TN. This role will support hiring across multiple business functions and partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to attract and hire top talent.
The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven recruiter with experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Drive recruiting efforts to meet hiring goals, timelines, and workforce plans
  • Educate hiring teams on recruiting best practices and interview processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and ATS records while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and employment regulations
  • Collaborate with HR partners on workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and process improvements
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to business leaders and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in both staffing agency and corporate recruiting environments
  • Experience recruiting technical and professional-level talent
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting large corporate organizations
  • Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring strategies
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent acquisition best practices
