Talent Acquisition Specialist (Customer Support Representative)

Pay Rate: Up to $21.43/hour
Duration: 3-Month Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team for a 3-month contract assignment. This individual will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and support requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.
  • Maintain service-level expectations while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer support best practices.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, call center, help desk, or support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to work during CST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer support platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
