Teams Lead – FEE Weld

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Teams Lead – FEE Weld to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating daily activities for production team members while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations and enjoys developing employees, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor productivity and assist in meeting production goals.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to support production schedules.
- Track and communicate key performance metrics.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work onsite in East Moline, IL.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting welding, fabrication, assembly, or industrial production operations.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

Schedule

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $35.00 – $39.00 per hour
