Technical Business Systems Analyst (Tableau/Power BI)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly)
Duration: 12-month contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
Compensation
- $38-41/hr W2

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support a Data and Insights team focused on digital product adoption and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and data, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and helping stakeholders turn data into actionable insights.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or Power BI
- Analyze data to track product adoption, usage trends, and performance metrics
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and data solutions
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc data requests and reporting needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across dashboards and business metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting tools and processes
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in dashboard development and data analysis
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Python experience for data manipulation or analysis
- Background in Business Analysis or working closely with stakeholders
