Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Build and bring up RF test setups using attenuators, splitters, SMA cables, and RF test equipment.

Calibrate RF test setups using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).
-
Verify signal routing and test configurations prior to engineering use.
-
Support engineering teams with test setup modifications and troubleshooting.
-
Manage lab equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure organization and availability.
-
Track, label, and organize hardware boards across multiple development projects.
-
Maintain inventory records using Excel or similar lab management tools.
-
Coordinate equipment servicing and calibration activities.
-
Support documentation needs for audits and compliance tracking.
-
Maintain lab safety standards and proper equipment handling procedures.
Requirements
-
Experience in lab operations and technical support environments.
-
Hands-on experience building and supporting RF test setups.
-
Experience calibrating RF environments using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
-
Experience maintaining inventory and equipment records.
-
Ability to troubleshoot technical setups and support engineering teams.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and equipment handling practices.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline preferred.
