Pay Rate: $70.00-60.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Agile Coach / Jira Administrator to support and enhance an enterprise Agile tooling environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the Atlassian suite, partnering with Agile teams and stakeholders to optimize Jira and Confluence, deliver scalable solutions, and promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Core, Confluence, and Atlassian add-ons
- Create and manage workflows, custom fields, dashboards, reports, permissions, and notification schemes
- Support Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Develop team and program-level metrics and reporting solutions
- Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Recommend best practices and improvements across the Agile tooling ecosystem
- Support Atlassian integrations and enterprise-wide adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Jira and Confluence administration experience
- Experience configuring workflows, dashboards, fields, screens, and reports
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and SDLC practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), RTE, or SPC certification
- EazyBI and/or Tableau experience
- Enterprise Atlassian administration experience
- Agile coaching or Agile transformation experience
