Compliance Trade Analyst

W2 Contract (ONLY)
Base 6 month contract with extension
46-48/hr | 2 weeks PTO and Medical insurance contribution
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for global trade and customs documentation, with a focus on Certificates of Origin (CoOs) for Finished Goods. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing customer requests while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for customer customs documentation inquiries
- Review and process CoO and trade-related requests accurately and on time
- Analyze Finished Goods part numbers for CoO eligibility
- Coordinate with Global Trade Operations and Compliance teams
- Track request status and maintain documentation records
- Process part number cross references using SAP and GSD
- Submit HTS classification questions and support customer portals
- Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 3+ years in Global Trade, Customs Compliance, Brokerage, or Supply Chain
- Knowledge of USMCA, CAFTA, and similar trade agreements
- 3+ years SAP ERP experience
- Automotive OEM/Tier experience preferred
