Logistics Specialist IV (Contract)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST
Job Type: W2 Contract | 12 months
Hours: 40+ per week
Pay Rate: $40–$43/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist IV to support reverse logistics and Rebox operations within a high?volume warehouse environment. This role combines SAP expertise, advanced Excel analysis, and warehouse operations to drive accurate inventory management and efficient product flow across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Rebox performance metrics, including inventory levels, throughput, cycle times, GR/GI status, packaging allocation, and transfer activity
- Maintain accurate records in SAP, WMP, and internal reporting tools, ensuring serial?level inventory accuracy
- Build dashboards, trackers, and exception reports to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Manage day?to?day Rebox operations across assigned warehouse locations, including unit classification, processing, and movement
- Coordinate STO transfers and packaging availability to support re?boxing requirements
- Track site?level workload, aging inventory, and non?sellable units to meet weekly targets
- Serve as a key point of contact for warehouse leadership regarding Rebox SOPs, escalations, and operational needs
- Partner cross?functionally with Logistics, Inventory Control, Sales, QC, Finance, and 3PLs to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational flow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience without a degree
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- SAP experience required
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order lifecycle processes
- Experience generating and reporting KPIs related to inventory, shipping, and reverse logistics

- Onsite role at a warehouse facility in Santa Ana, CA
- Standard business?hour availability; after?hours or weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and travel occasionally if required
