Job Title: Electronic Assembler 

Location:  Minden, NV 

Job Type: 12 month contract, W2 

Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week 

Schedule: Onsite, 6:00am-2:30pm OR 2:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday 

Pay Range: $22 per hour  

Job Description:  

Position Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels and related equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to interpret technical drawings, follow established work instructions, and perform high-quality assembly work while maintaining safety and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assemble, wire, label, and inspect electrical control panels, cabinets, and related electrical components. 

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. 

  • Install and route wiring according to specifications and quality standards. 

  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks. 

  • Verify component placement, wiring accuracy, and overall build quality before final inspection. 

  • Troubleshoot minor assembly and wiring issues and make necessary corrections. 

  • Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with manufacturing standards. 

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals. 

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 

  • Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, manufacturing assembly, or a related field preferred. 

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. 

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments. 

  • Basic understanding of electrical components, circuits, and wiring practices. 

  • Experience assembling industrial control panels or electrical cabinets is preferred. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. 

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. 

  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for detailed assembly work. 

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
