Schedule: Onsite, 6:00am-2:30pm OR 2:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $22 per hour
Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels and related equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to interpret technical drawings, follow established work instructions, and perform high-quality assembly work while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, label, and inspect electrical control panels, cabinets, and related electrical components.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.

Install and route wiring according to specifications and quality standards.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.

Verify component placement, wiring accuracy, and overall build quality before final inspection.

Troubleshoot minor assembly and wiring issues and make necessary corrections.

Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with manufacturing standards.

Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, manufacturing assembly, or a related field preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.

Basic understanding of electrical components, circuits, and wiring practices.

Experience assembling industrial control panels or electrical cabinets is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for detailed assembly work.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
