Pay Rate: $33 to $38 an hour
Contract: 18+ months

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications & Training Specialist to support our I-ERP (Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning) program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about strategic communication, employee engagement, and impactful training delivery across global teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies and global engagement plans.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters, leadership updates, and cross-functional messaging.
  • Lead scripting and logistics for internal podcasts (Tek Talks, I-ERP Minute).
  • Contribute to corporate and public-facing communication strategies.
  • Track communication effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
  • Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and storytelling impact.

Training & Development

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update I-ERP training curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions via MS Teams and in-person formats.
  • Ensure training materials are interactive, inclusive, and aligned with program goals.

 
Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in communication management and strategic planning.
  • Strong background in developing and managing training content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with online survey tools and virtual training platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in communications, education, or related field.
  • Experience managing SharePoint content and running feedback surveys.
