About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications & Training Specialist to support our I-ERP (Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning) program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about strategic communication, employee engagement, and impactful training delivery across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Engagement
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and global engagement plans.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, leadership updates, and cross-functional messaging.
- Lead scripting and logistics for internal podcasts (Tek Talks, I-ERP Minute).
- Contribute to corporate and public-facing communication strategies.
- Track communication effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
- Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and storytelling impact.
Training & Development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update I-ERP training curriculum.
- Deliver engaging training sessions via MS Teams and in-person formats.
- Ensure training materials are interactive, inclusive, and aligned with program goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or related field.
- Proven experience in communication management and strategic planning.
- Strong background in developing and managing training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with online survey tools and virtual training platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in communications, education, or related field.
- Experience managing SharePoint content and running feedback surveys.
