? Position Overview

A leading global electronics company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Product Safety Department. This role supports the mobile and home appliance business by conducting risk management activities and driving strategic initiatives that protect both the company and its customers.

 

The ideal candidate will lead projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across internal teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders.

 

? Key Responsibilities

  • ? Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and conduct data trend analysis
  • ? Monitor product claims weekly for proactive risk detection
  • ? Maintain and update SOP documentation; identify and implement process improvements
  • ? Build and manage carrier relationships and reporting
  • ? Oversee policy adherence across operations and BPO partners
  • ? Manage ongoing and ad-hoc projects, including KPIs and metrics
  • ? Collaborate with developers and business leads to ensure project scope alignment
  • ? Support launch and monitoring of new mobile products
  • ? Perform routine administrative tasks (e.g., invoice processing, order management)

 

? Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of project management experience in a global, complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to develop actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in process development and strategic planning
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and influence
  • Product development or testing experience is a plus
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities
  • Experience in mobile or consumer electronics preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean highly preferred
