Position Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead inventory control and logistics operations for our RB team. This role is pivotal in ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy, managing inbound shipments from overseas, and supporting outbound logistics to customers. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with freight forwarders, warehouse vendors, QA, and the CAM team to maintain operational compliance and end-to-end logistics traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and daily RMA shipping to meet customer timelines
  • Manage inbound air shipments from Vietnam, ensuring timely receiving and carrier coordination
  • Register and track scrap devices, ensuring audit-compliant destruction
  • Support in-house repair processes, including SKU conversion and buffer stock builds
  • Collaborate with QA to uphold inventory quality standards
  • Align with CAM on carrier shipping requirements and inventory movement
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory movement, repair status, and scrap disposition
  • Partner with 3PL and dock vendors to ensure smooth inventory flow
  • Generate reports on inbound shipments, inventory status, and physical actions
  • Ensure compliance with import control processes and duty-related data integrity

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or vendor management
  • Strong knowledge of air and truck shipment handling and documentation
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus

  • Experience with logistics systems and 3rd-party vendor management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with U.S. import processes and documentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred

 

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Work performed in both office and warehouse environments
  • Frequent computer use and prolonged screen time
  • Occasional lifting of equipment (typically under 25 lbs)
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines
  • May require extended hours and occasional travel
