Special Investigations Department Support
Pay Rate: $18/hour
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Investigations Department Support in one of our locations: Tulsa, OK; Richardson, TX; or Chicago, IL.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to respond to questions, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service experience
- Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
- 1 year customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing
- 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
