Position: Technical Services Analyst

Location: Riverwoods, IL (Remote- 3rd Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Pay: $40-$50 per hour based on benefits 

Description: We are looking for a Technical Services Analyst to join the Command Center Payments Support Team! This team is the single point of contact to support the Payments Networks and file transfer environment external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Critical/Core systems delivering services to business units and customers
  • Perform maintenance tasks, user enrollment in systems, etc.
  • Analyze events and take actions to mitigate incident impact immediately
    • Determine the next level of support and engage via RRT calls
    • Direct participants in corrective action
  • Assist on Change Management tasks including validation steps and monitoring overall progress
  • Communicate (verbal/written) to both internal and external entities information on system availability, performance, and impact
  • Participate in planning activities for future work such as change events
  • Author and review SOP’s and system documentation, procedures as required
  • Sends alert communications within the CSMP guidelines to BT and Business management
  • Create timelines post incident/change activities
  • Produce Ready for Business and End of Day reporting

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Technical & Analytical:
    • Incident Management & Response, IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools
    • Network and Connectivity basics, Payment’s systems, Automation familiarity
    • Data analysis and dashboard/report creation
  • Process & Frameworks:
    • ITIL Foundation Certification training
    • Agile project exposure
    • Change and problem management
  • Soft Skills:
    • Multitasking under pressure
    • Customer service orientation
    • Strong communication and collaboration
