Job Title: Business Analyst (Non-IT) – Entry Level
Location: Laredo, TX (On-Site, Full-Time)
Duration: 24-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20 – $22 an hr
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Non-IT) to support transportation and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity (0–2 years) for candidates looking to build a career in logistics, transportation, and supply chain analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze inbound transportation to ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules
- Monitor and maintain Track & Trace activities across domestic and international shipments
- Partner with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve transportation issues
- Support reporting efforts using SAP and other systems to track performance and metrics
- Maintain project documentation, business metrics, and communication records
- Assist with contract reviews, cost tracking, and budget monitoring
- Support inbound dock scheduling and logistics coordination
- Establish and maintain business processes and work breakdown structures
Required Skills
- Strong data analysis and Excel/data mining skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with reporting, tracking, and performance metrics
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships accepted)
