Warehouse Associate

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
 

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, inventory handling, system transactions, order fulfillment, and shipping activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and discrepancies.
  • Accurately sort, label, package, and store inventory to optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using warehouse systems.
  • Pick, pack, and ship products according to customer orders and operational requirements.
  • Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks to identify damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through routine housekeeping activities.
  • Follow established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, material flow, and productivity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Experience with PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) operation.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to perform inventory/system transactions.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely move materials and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
