Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Order Management Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order lifecycle. This role supports customer service, order management, supply chain operations, and account coordination while ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with customers in an order management environment, familiarity with Excel, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes, credits, debits, and SOX-related controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order lifecycle, including customer setup, order entry, modifications, and escalations.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor order status and ensure orders are processed and shipped according to agreed deadlines.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues through research, system knowledge, and effective communication.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order activity within company systems.
  • Ensure compliance with export policies and shipping documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate quality-related concerns and submit non-conformance claims through the Quality Management System.
  • Prepare and distribute standard and customized reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support departmental initiatives and participate in continuous process improvement projects.
  • Assist with hosting customer visits at local facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a customer order management or supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience handling credits and debits.
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket operations.
  • Experience participating in process improvement initiatives.
