Manufacturing Engineer – Foundry

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges on the shop floor? We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support foundry operations, process improvements, and production initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support manufacturing engineering projects
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering teams
- Support manufacturing processes and equipment performance
- Spend approximately 75% of time on the production floor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or foundry experience
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience
- Foundry, casting, machining, or heavy manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing line or process design
- SAP, MES, AutoCAD, or Creo
- Controls engineering or machine safety systems
- FANUC robotics programming and troubleshooting (highly preferred)
Additional Information
- Fully onsite role in a manufacturing environment
- Must be comfortable spending most of the day on the shop floor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Recent graduates must have prior manufacturing internship experience
