Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive injury prevention initiatives through data analysis and evidence-based solutions

Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends

Conduct workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards
-
Transform injury data into actionable prevention strategies
-
Deliver ergonomic education and injury prevention training programs
-
Provide one-on-one coaching focused on movement techniques and injury prevention
-
Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows
-
Promote sustainable behavior change through coaching and engagement
Requirements
-
Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or equivalent State Certification)
-
Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with digital recordkeeping

Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
