Full-time, 6-month On-Going Contract, W2 

 

Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite 

 

Pay Range: 

$45.50 per hour

Job Description:  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive injury prevention initiatives through data analysis and evidence-based solutions 

  • Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends 

  • Conduct workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards 

  • Transform injury data into actionable prevention strategies 

  • Deliver ergonomic education and injury prevention training programs 

  • Provide one-on-one coaching focused on movement techniques and injury prevention 

  • Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows 

  • Promote sustainable behavior change through coaching and engagement 

 

Requirements 

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or equivalent State Certification) 

  • Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

  • Experience with digital recordkeeping 

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment

  • Frequently push, pull, bend, squat, and reach 

  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts 

  • Work in varying temperatures and noise conditions 

  • Frequent stair climbing may be required depending on facility layout 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
