This role supports the planning and execution of entertainment marketing campaigns across brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner channels. The position partners with internal teams and external content partners to manage timelines, assets, approvals, performance tracking, and go?to?market materials. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of marketing or media experience, strong project management skills, experience using AI in marketing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced, fully onsite environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner marketing
- Assist with coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals across internal teams and external content partners
- Help manage content requests from STVP to content partners, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
- Monitor campaign performance, develop go-to-market decks, and support analysis of KPIs to track results
- Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning
- Collaborate with brand, content, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed
- Contribute to organizing and maintaining marketing assets and documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field
- Experience using AI in marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication
- Detail-oriented and adaptable
- Comfortable working across systems such as Google Drive, SharePoint, and Airtable
- Motivated self?starter able to complete tasks on tight timelines
