This role will focus on analyzing complex Medicaid and healthcare claims data, developing Power BI dashboards, performing SQL-based data analysis, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities

Utilize SQL to transform, merge, cleanse, and analyze large healthcare datasets.

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, visualizations, and reports.

Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare data sources, including:

All Payer Claims Database (APCD)

Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
-
Ecosystem data sources
-

Monitor program performance and develop reporting solutions for leadership and stakeholders.

Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy.
-
Coordinate with state staff and program stakeholders regarding enrollment and reporting requirements.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within healthcare data.

Support program development through data-driven recommendations.

Manage multiple reporting projects and meet critical deadlines.
