Now Hiring: Safety Consultant (Construction) – Chicago, IL
We’re hiring a Safety Consultant to support large-scale construction projects with a focus on safety compliance, training, and contractor oversight.
Location: Chicago, IL (4025 W. Petersen Ave)
Contract: 12 months (extension possible)
Pay: $61/hr (W2)
What You’ll Do
- Lead construction safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA + safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety programs & trainings
- Analyze contractor safety performance and trends
- Conduct audits, investigations, and site observations
- Provide data-driven safety insights and recommendations
- Partner with leadership, contractors, and field teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance & regulations
- Experience with contractor oversight & safety programs
- Ability to lead training and communicate across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license (travel locally as needed)
? Education: Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or similar (or equivalent experience)
