PC Renewal Operations Analyst
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)
W2 – Contract Opportunity, Long Term
We're seeking a PC Renewal Operations Analyst to support global PC Renewal Program. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT Asset Management, ServiceNow, hardware lifecycle management, and customer support who enjoys driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage ServiceNow ticket requests for computer deployments, replacements, and renewals.
- Support the full hardware lifecycle from request intake through fulfillment, resolution, and closure.
- Review Break/Fix requests and evaluate repair versus replacement recommendations based on cost, warranty coverage, asset age, and business needs.
- Validate and reconcile asset data across ServiceNow, CMDB, inventory systems, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with vendors on repair quotes, parts procurement, and service delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively while minimizing escalation risks.
- Analyze operational data and create reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance planning, scheduling, and deployment efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, asset changes, and completed work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, including ticket management and asset-related workflows.
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and hardware lifecycle management.
- Understanding of PC hardware, warranties, inventory management, and Break/Fix processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience.
- Experience supporting PC refresh or technology renewal programs.
- Knowledge of CMDB processes and asset reconciliation.
- IT Operations, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (EUC) experience.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
- Reporting and data analysis experience.
