Pay Rate: $28.00 – 29.50/hr. based on benefit inclusions

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of data, reports, and operational insights across departments. This role supports supply chain planning activities by analyzing sales, inventory, and order data, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely reporting to enable informed decision-making. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting forecasting processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Export, analyze, and validate system-based and customer-provided data related to sales, purchase orders, forecasts, and inventory
  • Maintain and update database master data to ensure accurate item and channel mapping for reporting and data transformation
  • Compile and distribute daily and weekly reports on production, inventory levels, and order activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams on production planning, inventory levels, aging stock clearance, and purchase order tracking
  • Monitor performance through KPI reporting, identifying exceptions and providing early insights to support proactive decision-making
  • Support supply chain planning processes by preparing and delivering reports for weekly planning cycles
  • Load and manage production, sales, and inventory (PSI) data on a recurring basis
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies while identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests in a time-sensitive environment

Years of Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Sales Operations, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, data analysis, or a related environment preferred
  • Experience working with order data, sales reporting, inventory management, or operational analytics
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives

Skills Required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data validation, and advanced formulas
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Data validation and data management expertise
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
  • Experience developing KPI reports and dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
